All orders placed through Neo-tools.co.uk are managed and fulfilled by Tool Marketing Company Ltd, our authorised logistics and fulfilment partner in the United Kingdom.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly, ensuring your NEO Tools products arrive safely and on time.


2. Delivery Options and Charges

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom (mainland only).
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and location.

Express Delivery

An express shipping option may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Express delivery orders placed before 12pm (noon) are usually dispatched the same working day.


3. Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
During peak periods (such as Christmas or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available).


4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted UK couriers such as DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.
All deliveries require a valid delivery address and may require a signature upon receipt.

If you’re not available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

  • Leave a delivery card with rearrangement instructions, or

  • Deliver to a nearby collection point.

At present, we deliver to:

  • Scotland (mainland only)

  • Wales

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

We’re working to expand our delivery coverage and will update this policy when available.


6. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver orders on time, but occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier backlogs, weather conditions, or supply chain issues.

7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if:

  • Any items are missing, or

  • The packaging or goods appear damaged.

We may request photos of the packaging and product to help resolve the issue quickly.


8. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.


9. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or repeated missed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for any additional re-delivery costs.
