1. Introduction

This website is owned by NEO Tools and operated, managed, and fulfilled by Tool Marketing Company Limited (“TOMACO”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07750136 with its registered office at Unit A, Redgate Rd, South Lancs Ind Estate, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan, WN4 8DT.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase any products from it.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

  • NEO Tools – Product brand owner.

  • Tool Marketing Company Limited – Manages all operations of the Neo-tools.co.uk online store, including order processing, customer service, fulfilment, and delivery.
    All payments and contracts of sale are entered into with Tool Marketing Company Limited.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

4. Product Information and Availability

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images due to screen settings.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.

  • All items are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you and either issue a full refund or offer a suitable alternative.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully processed.

6. Formation of Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation and dispatch notice from us, confirming that your order has been accepted and sent.

7. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Tool Marketing Company Limited.
Delivery options and estimated timescales are displayed at checkout. These times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, customs checks, or adverse weather.

Ownership of goods transfers to you once we receive full payment, but risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

8. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

We will issue a full refund (including the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is sooner.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.

We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue before issuing a return label or replacement.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

NEO Tools products include a manufacturer’s warranty as stated with each product.
Warranty claims should be submitted through Tool Marketing Company Limited, who will coordinate with the manufacturer.

Proof of purchase may be required.

All website content, trademarks, graphics, images, and text are owned by or licensed to NEO Tools or Tool Marketing Company Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the site without prior written consent.
